Driving
The Illinois Beach Resort is located directly on Lake Michigan
in Zion, Illinois just 40 minutes from both Chicago and
Milwaukee. For general driving directions and maps, visit
our Maps & Directions page.

Public Transportation
If you are not driving and you would like to take public
transportation all the way to Illinois Beach Resort, that is
possible. However, it will require that you take the L or
a bus to the Metra Rail station. Once you are on Metra, you
will need to get off at the Waukegan stop. From the
Waukegan stop you can take a taxi here and we are about a
10 minute ride. The Metra train schedule can viewed
online here.

Train
If you are going to take the Metra, the easiest location to get off at is the Waukegan stop. From the Waukegan stop you can take a cab here and we are about a 10 minute ride. The Metra train schedule can viewed online here.
