From the very first conversation with her, we felt that "click" and suspect it is the same for many brides.She encouraged our daughter's creative ideas to make the wedding of her dreams.   We enjoyed our intial tasting and decided on a fabulous menu. The food was consistently impressive and the service staff was swift and attentive.  All of the staff was very, very helpful like we were the only wedding at the resort all summer. All of our relatives said the same thing that the staff made the difference in their stay.  The wedding was simply magical there. I could not be more thankful!"

" We are truly thankful and happy with the service that was provided during our stay at the Illinois Beach Resort.  Upon arrival on Thursday we were greeted and welcomed by everyone whom we encountered.  Even with the other larger event going on that weekend, your entire staff knew about our special day and were more than willing to help us in any way possible.  We had the pleasure of working with Nicole during the entire process. From the initial meeting to the final wedding day, she was prompt, courteous and always willing to help.  There are so many instances that I can think of that she smoothed over and took control of leaving me not to worry about a thing. I appreciated getting to know her throughout the planning process. We are looking forward to celebrating our anniversaries there over the years!"
